First Impressions Carpet Tile & Oriental Rug

From my first email to the response, pick up of my carpets, cleaning & return, this was a first class operation. All of my questions were answered, my quote was sent to me, carpets were picked up by a very friendly & respectful young man. Carpets were cleaned & returned in a very timely manner for free.. I would highly recommend this company.

The price was fully what I expected. They showed up on time on the day we requested. They got to work and did everything he said he was going to do. They got some tile grout cleaned and the carpet looked cleaner than it ever had actually. The chairs got cleaned and they looked fine. They showed up on time. We had a great relationship. He went right to work and got it done. I would absolutely use them again. I was impressed that we went over the job after the person got there and discussed what they were going to do, we were able to ask them questions. We had asked if we should put a stain treatment on the rugs and he suggested that since the rugs were older and would need replacing within a few years he didn't recommend it. I had him clean just the surface sofa seat cushions, he said that was all that needed cleaned. He said it would cost a lot more to clean the entire sofa. So from a value stand point, he was trying to give me the best value for what we needed done. I can't think of anything negative at all, we were very happy with their service and we will definitely use them again.

Great customer service! They did me a favor and converted an unused carpet cleaning credit into a rug cleaning credit. They have a nice set up at their shop. I will never attempt to clean my area rug again! I highly recommend this company!

Our technician, Aaron, was prompt and very through. We have been loyal customers for over 15 years and have never had a complaint. First impressions have also cleaned our upholstery and leather with excellent results.

Rep arrive on time, removed rugs quickly. replaced furniture as we wished . Rugs were returned on time, and replaced quickly. Furniture was replaced in different locations. Great job guys!

I made a last minute call to this company to see if they could provide the carpet cleaning service I had scheduled for that da (with another company that cancelled last minute) and fortunately for me they were very accommodating and were able to arrive with in 1.5hrs of my call. They did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and worked hard to clean a few imbedded pet stains. The carpeting looks great! Ken who came to clean was professional and friendly. He made a few useful suggestions and encouraged me to call if there were any concerns I had following the cleaning. I will absolutely use this company again and would recommend them.

What a great first impression! We were moving into a rental house and suspected that the carpets were still very dirty. They were. First Impression did a terrific job of removing the dirt and dog smell that remained, even though the carpets had been cleaned twice before in the last six months. Skip the mediocre-to-bad carpet cleaners. You might save money initially, but your carpets won?t be really clean. And you?ll have to pay again for them try to get them clean. Save yourself time and money doing things right the first time with First Impression. We plan on using First Impression for all my carpet and tile cleaning needs.

Ken arrived right on time and got straight to work. He walked through the house with me, confirming the areas to be cleaned. He started in the back of the house and worked his way forward, cleaning and setting fans for drying as he went. He moved smaller furniture and tackled all the spots and grime. When he finished, he advised me to leave area rugs on the tile overnight so the pads under the carpet could dry completely. The whole time he was courteous and friendly. He represented his company very well.
